Health is very important in our life and i want to know what you are doing for your health!
i am eating at burger king:
I am Smoking pot (marijuana) because it is proven that the chemicals found in marijuana prevents and kills cancer.
I'm having thick fenugreek n spices special split pigeon pea curry, with flat-paperthin pancakes
Run for 1 hour every morning
Burger King ->
sticking to one brand of beer --- CORONA !!!
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Why bother? I'm gonna live forever. So far it has been working just fine.
is this a kosher meal? interesting..
It sounds like something you might catch if you stay too long near infected poultry

Well, I actually do care of my health. I used to drink every day.
Nowadays I only drink on those days which has an "r" in its name:
Mornday, Tuersday, Werdnessday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Surnday and Drinksday.
Oh, and that's not all - I only get one drink at a time...

I've quit drinking soda aside from that nothing but since I've turned 40 I know I need to go get a physical and whatnot
I have stopped drinking Cola and soda for about 4 years now,i´m now 22.I go to the gym 4 times the week,eat healthy and now i feel really good
Soda is very bad good move.
Eat 1 pie a day and keep the doctor away
The best thing is,eat a biscuit with hot milk and then you´ll sleep like a little baby
Exercise is the best way for good health. I am do exercise four times in a week and this is enough for every one because body muscle need after doing exercise. Cardio is another good exercise to stretch body. I am daily drink Green tea for reduce stress. I never eat junk food and much oily food.
