    current system
    emachine ET1161-05
    windows 7 ultimate 64bit
    AMD Athlon 64 LE-1620(2.4GHz)
500gb 7200rpm main western digital hard drive.
    1tb 5400rpm seagate hard drive.
    2 external 1tb hard drives.
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE Integrated Graphics, Up to 128MB of Shared Video Memory
    8-Channel (7.1) High Definition Audio
    250W psu
    5gb ddr2 6400 800mhz ram
    extra 120mm rear exhaust fan
also asus hyrid tv tuner card
now ive been running over clocked on the 2.4 to almost 2.9 for over 2yrs.
the intergrated gpu is normally 425mhz have that overclocked to 620mhz

i dont game i primarily uses this pc for torrenting as well as a media hub for my home network. i.e streaming to various devices such as xbox 360's with media center extender.

what i have ordered to upgrade is
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3 GHz Dual-Core cpu
    going to 8gb of ddr2 6400 800mhz ram
upgrading power supply ATX Dual Fan 650W Silent Power Supply PSU w/20-24pin SATA PCI-E
as well as adding a ATI HD 1GB 1024MB PCI Express PCI-E x16 Desktop Gaming Video Graphics VGA Card
is there anything else i can see or expect? everything now is almost a 6 on ws. except for my current gpu hoping this new card delivers a a 6.0. just want a little more umph . as i said i dont game. so see no need for a 300 dollar gpu card. all and all would like some feed back on what you all think. should i add a intake fan? a bigger psu fan? the gpu had a fan. i figured since same chip i could just reuse the 2.4 cpu fan
    thoughts?
