Ok I have a asus zenfone 2 and the problem with it is it can't receive any cellular data, i brought it to a technician and he said that the problem is the IC and he's not gonna touch it anymore because it might break completely. So basically i have phone that doesn't have the most basic functionality of a phone but everything still works like wifi and such. So my question is what do I do with it now, because for me it's pretty useless now but it does have 4gb of ram and a 64gb rom so what kind purpose can i use for?
if I were you, attempt to root your phone, change custom ROM, or use it as a CCTV camera ( there are apps on PlayStore)
I can think of several uses for the phone. 1. Music Player including streaming, bluetooth, headphone jack + loudspeaker, 2. Video Player 3. Gaming (Android games + emulation) 4. Can still connect via WiFi and be used for video calls, VOIP, Instant Messaging 5. Alarm clock, calendar, emails, browsing, 6. Camera phone Hope this helps
If I am not late, you can give that to any particular technician and let him experiment on it in return of some pennies. While you can buy a new one, there are many new models in the market with the functionalities that you never imagined.. Why not try P30 pro? ..
