what file to delete

    can anybody remind me what text file to delete on ultimate image to give you the options to install all versions??

    There are no text file to delete. Microsoft publish Windows7 BETA Ultimate edition to everybody and Home Premium Edition on Connect.microsoft.com

    I'm sure there was a post some time ago about deleting a file {or edieing it} on the image. which would give you the option to install any flavor
    .......................i may have interpreted it wrong:rolleyes:................then again hears orbit30s release

    i found the info i needed. and there is a file... not text that you can rename or delete which will give you the options to install

    Business

    Home Basic

    Home Premium

    Ultimate

    as these are contained on the ultimate image

    ie.cfg in \sources folder.

    Go into the sources folder and delete PID.txt file, that should do the trick. But not sure if that image has all versions in there, so double check first

    I have Home Premium installed and have installed all the other versions at different times - the only keys I have been able to get are for Ultimate.

    I think it might be ei.cfg.
