Hello, I am trying to create a custom install XP SP3 + MB Drivers. The problem so far is it is toooo big. 1. Is there any FLUFF I can remove form the MSDN XP SP3 OEM ISO (MD5 9BB3CB003E2C6005FCCC28C305BE05FF) to allow all of my drivers to fit?? Power ISO says my current size is 824MB. 2. Is power ISO still the most reliable not to corrupt the image? 3. If I can not reduce anything, can I put it on a DVD?? Thanks, Byghtn
Just put it on a DVD...Just like the MCE edition.. PowerISO is my favorite...dont mess with shrinking the image, use DVD..
Thanks 911 for your advice. Took 2 tries to get the basic XP OEM SP3 + MB Drivers installed on first install pass. Install was completely silent except for formatting the drive instructions. Now I need to figure out how to install additional programs since I now have the extra room on the unused portion of the DVD. Any guides or links for this type of thing? I'm looking to install DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter, RipIt4Me, DVDREmake, Office 2003, unless there are any working patches for a newer version, and a couple of other programs. Thanks again 911 Byghtn
