What happened to Mr. X's Click to Run thread?

    I'm having trouble installing Microsoft Office 2016 from the VLSC thread. I suspect it's because I've already run C2R, but later uninstalled it. Clean up isn't working and I've rebooted a couple times.

    So what happened to this thread: forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/65494-Office-2013-2016-C2R-Install-Lite-by-Ratiborus/ ? Why was it removed?

    I keep getting an error like "Microsoft Office standard encountered an error during setup" when I use the VLSC disc.

    Any advice?
