what happened to my windows task manager?

    double click in the white space above the word task or in the white space next to the end task button

    I had this problem one time and I thought it was spyware or something. I asked one of my friends 'have you seen this spyware before', he was like 'Yeah its real nasty but there is an easy fix' and he double clicked taskman and I looked like a douche.
