What is blekko?

    A few weeks ago, my computer started randomly redirecting to blekko.com and next thing I know it was my homepage. I fixed the problem but am still confused as to what blekko is? Is it malware or simply a google competitor?

    It's a search engine. I can't post a link to it, but you can find it in wikipedia. :)

    i did a little bit of research when i first discovered it on my computer. I'm just a little concerned it might be a serious virus as I never intentionally installed it on my computer.
