What is included in the 7601.24214 build when compared to 7601.17514 on massgrave?

Massgrave lists 7601.17514 as latest and some other sites say that too but why is 7601.24214 available on rg-adguard (the hashsum website)? Is that the true latest one? does it include like esu? Whats even in the esu?

Ideally you get the Windows 7 SP1 (RTM) iso and you integrate the updates.
The newer Windows 7 iso with some updates already integrated is quite bad to service.
Use the simplix update pack to get that ISO up to the latest version (or just install the update pack after installing the ISO and you are good to go)

Talking of x86 remember that 7601.24538 (dec 2021) is the last that has winload.exe patchable with PAEpatch3, the last patchable ntoskernel.exe is from 7601.25835 (feb 2022).

Those patched files still work until 26262 (dec 2022)

Probably are the crappy and badly updated//sysprepped ISOs which now are removed from MSFT servers.

ESU started Feb. 2020, two years after the intern made that schoolproject.

EDIT: title can be edited to [Solved];)
