    OEMBIOS files are files use by manufacturers to pre-activate windows xp and server 2003. the files have maufacturer name in them that match string in DMI area in bios, so to pre-activate you need OEMBIOS files + matching manufacturer name in DMI are in bios + OEM:SLP key.
