What is the best place to start?`

    Hi, Im looking to make my computer run better than it does right now, but not sure where to start.
    Ive got an intel duo quad core processor and 8gb of ram, running a 120gb ssd with plenty of harddrive space.
    Im mostly happy with everything, i just want to know if i can do more and where best to begin.
