thanx but what i ment is that i dont want to buy one but to use the links that provide in this forum .
Absolutely - just keep in mind that an ISO has to either be burned to a DVD or copied to a USB Flash drive correctly("Rufus" or "Windows USB/DVD Download Tool" both work great for this, I will note that if you're looking for UEFI booting, you'll likely want Rufus rather than the latter) Also, in no way will this be an Activated copy of Windows. You either need to purchase an activation key from Microsoft, or perform an upgrade on a valid previous OS, such as Windows 7 or 8/8.1. There are several threads on how to do a fresh install with a valid upgrade certificate if you wish to do a fresh install using your free upgrade.

I upgraded from Windows 7 activated using MS Toolkit to Windows 10. I just purchased pretty much an entirely new PC (only thing that will be the same is the RAM & I'm also keeping the old hard drive but want to wipe it and just use it for big files like movies etc.). How would I go about getting Windows 10 on my new machine?
do the same as before, install 7 and get 10 free before time runs out on the free offer. Then you will have a free legit copy of 10 on your new hardware.
Please confirm if the ISO available at MS Techbench is the Latest ??
