I had it on good authority that for a Windows 7 Retail Product Key 'Windows 7 Ultimate X64' can be activated any number of times, I know you can activate 3 times before having to call MS to have it activated this way, but I have since been told that there is a limited amount of times you can do this.

So, is there a maximum number of times you can activate your Retail Windows 7 Product Key?

    Will it ever expire?

This is a Full Retail Windows 7 Ultimate X64 Boxed DVD that was purchased.

    Thanks

Well this was my initial thought, was just having a debate on that it was said by someone that the maximum number of times is 10 for a Full Retail product key and can only be transferred 3 times to a different computer.

Would that also be false or true? ;-)

    Thanks
