@NST_Adventure : Thanks for creating this thread, the related thread! & other links! Earlier had no idea.

I would like to thank @luzea as I never knew what a Runtime key is!

Now I would like to add :

Runtime Key ( PID ) is an allowed & accepted generic key to make /force the Complete installation / upgradation of a particular OS /Program version without any difficulty. Sometimes it is good enough to enter it during the OOBE. In some situations, it has to be added as a PID.txt file to the Sources folder ( extracted ISO ) or embedded /forced in other ways.
The key is just meant to complete the installation & does not allow retail activation but it can be / is used for OEM or VL activations in cases.
but... the things are totally different for Windows 7 Embedded Standard activation, the same VL key is being used as Runtime key & Permanent Activation key.

P.S. KMS VL ALL is using the same key for KMS Activation ( by Sajjo ).
