What is wrong to add explorer to winpe3.1

    I try to add explorer to winpe3.1.The added explore is works as normal.
    But the dism or imagex doesn’t work.They command mount image at 100% that show access declined.

    The add explore step
    1.Copy explore file to winpe
    2.Modify winpe registery file-SOFTWARE
    2.1.Use install.wim of win7 SOFTWARE
    2.1.1.Change all instances of c: and d: to x:
    2.1.2.Delete all interactive user of item,key and value.
    2.2.Export winpe's SOFTWARE to software.reg
    2.3.Import software.reg on 2.1
    2.4.Modify winlogon shell from cmd to explore
    2.5.Use wpeshl.ini

    The test result
    Only copy explore,the dism or imagex is normal work. (works as normal)

    So, The SOFTWARE may be not right. But no changes of dism/imagex in SOFTWARE.

    Did you change all instances of C: and D: to X:

    done.
    All modification had done about explorer in SOFTWARE.
    explore is work as normally.The command of mount dism or imagex show access declined at 100%.

    imagex /mount[/mountrw] xx.wim [index] mountpath
