What I've been thinking recently about language

I've been watching videos in other languages via Youtube and I have little to no idea what they are saying. (You can use the settings to move to different YouTube servers from around the world).

Globalization is mixing many different people from many different parts of the world. So language isn't necessarily the way it always was.

What if words and language, "vocal expressions", from around the world, are much easier than people
think to communicate with, since they are actually just using their vocal expressions as a means of bettering their health, or whatever they are feeling like "saying" or "vocally expressing".

So depending on where you are or who is around you, or what your genetic composition is, determines what type of language you speak (or "vocal expressions"), or should speak (given certain circumstances).

In the U.S. so many people are speaking English, but I believe that there is some type of "leaderboard" where there are a top 10% of speakers who are benefiting or bettering themselves more from using the language compared to the other 90.

See if you were to "learn" a new language, it would take a lot of thought to remember certain words
and to communicate at the start, and people have found that afterward moving to that nation they weren't necessarily ready to communicate efficiently.

What I want to see somehow, in a movie, video game, or in real life: the gibberish Doc.

Since people call sometimes vocal expressions as "gibberish".

Gibberish Doc: a walk-in (capacity: 1) capsule where you can vocally express yourself, not with the logical conscious
processes that most people use to communicate, but rather with just how you feel like expressing yourself vocally.

Then, an analysis and diagnosis of your health
is determined, and information is provided, also possibly some type of medicinal inhalant
