what method wow and vistaloader use?

    wow/vistaloader method? needed for os crypting

    I mean, exactly, what and where they write on the hd?
    mbr or partition init?
    I need to know before apply crypt apps and also before use multiple os on machine.

    and also: why wow5 is invisible while wow6 is not? what kind of differences are there?
