What processor do i have?

    Hello.
    I bought used processor from ebay. In my computer properties, it shows Core 2 Quad Q9400 @2.66 Ghz. I also used a tool by intel which also showed the same result. But the tool from game-debate site shows Core 2 Quad Q8400

    Is it sufficient for programmer's pc?
    I have 6gb ram and 250 gb ssd. No gaming.

    I think your specifications are at most good requirements for programming. If you downloaded a lot of files you would have to keep large capacity external disk drive handy for storage. However, I would be interested in knowing the aspect of programming you are into.

    I am final year student of Bachelor Of Computer Applications Degree. I like to learn web building usually front end application.

    what u have their is more than enough for what your doing....does quad cores and not that bad plus SSD makes the whole difference.
