    I searched Google, and Microsoft, but I find nothing about it.

    This program is available only as part of volume licensing agreements, the Microsoft Home and Use Program (HUP), and some other special licensing programs.

    The product key comes from an MSDN or TechNet subscription, which is not intended for resale. The product key was probably locked by Microsoft.
