Barracuda's copy service is being discontinued: what we expect of a cloud storage service? Well, uncertainty… I think we must have: 1) a physic storage; 2) perhaps, dropbox, google drive, one drive… Well, I think so… but! Ideas, please!!!
Only really reliable Cloud Storage Service is one, which runs on my own Server! Such Server could be: own physical server placed in an Data Center leased physical Server VPS (Virtual Private Server), hired by some secure Hoster leased Storage space on a shared Server, rented from a Hoster, and using my own OS and Apps I use my own physical Server, placed in a Data Center and pay a Service Fee for Internet connection via ISP and so on. That's quite expensive, just I've 100% control over the full Server (Hard- and Software)! Before I was changing to my own server, I had leased one and used OwnCloud on Debian Linux, which is a very good Apps, as long as you just need for Data exchange. If you also need to use that server as Application Server, best (and cheapest) is your own physical Server. Anyway, it's all timeout: for WHAT a Server and/or Cloud Space/Service is needed!
