Whats a good comression program

    I have recorded a video,HD quality,no lag.
    But the video is a bit to large 2,5GB.
    I tried to compress it with Winrar but doesn´t work good,compresses from 2,5GB to 2,2GB,so that´s not good.

    Is there any good program to compress this video to a smaller size?

    the thing about video, you can use different codecs and software to compress, but you loose quality as you do. You'll have to find the point where you're willing to trade quality for file size.
