What's different between this two windows?

    hi;
    I found two windows with two title at the net , please somebody tell me What's different between this two windows?
    windows xp professional with service pack 3 x86 cd x14-80428
    windows xp service pack 3 x86 cd x14-60489

    One is Windows WITH the service pack 3 update.
    The other is only the service pack update which would update an already existing installation. So if you have Windows installed already then get the service pack only, if you're doing a new installation then get Windows with sp3.

    Going for service pack 3 of XP is the right choice buddy...:)
