Gents, These links want to download an executable file onto my PC. Typically that's a big no no so what gives here ? We are looking for the Win 7 ISO image, and not a file that could do serious damage to your existing operating system.
well I cannot tell you much about links when I have no idea what you are talking about. Normally, with most links. UNCHECK any "download managers" prior to clicking ANY link at the corresponding pages you might end up at. NEVER use "download managers", uncheck or refuse to use the links period. Now, what exactly are you looking for? File name, hash of file etc would be handy to help you acquire what you are looking for.
Gents, Thanks for the quick replies. I did try to unclick all download managers on those links but to no avail. I was looking for a Win 7 32 bit ISO for a cyber friend that I know is clean. There are too many "adjusted" images out there these days to look anywhere else than here. Thanks for the assist.
EFA11, That's close, but originally he wanted Win 7 Pro 32 Bit for a Dell he got from work for his Autistic son to use. (I know he can use this one if he installs a suitable Certificate and Serial Number.) Thanks for the effort. Ooops, I just tried the link and almost all versions are available. I'll pass it along and he can get to downloading.
if you DL the ultimate version, you can remove the ei.cfg from the iso and it will allow you to install any version of win7.
If the pc/laptop has slic2.x you also can download the slic oem project from here, paste it in the sources folder on the iso and then it will be legally activated.
Thanks for the effort and concern. My cyber buddy got it all sorted. He found an ISO of a Dell Win 7 32 bit OEM Disk and he's got it up and running. All the Best in 2015!! Happy New Year!!
