I have alot of junk files in my computer, but i don´t know which cleaner to use. There are many: Ccleaner,Ace utilities,.... Please tell me which ones are good
Yep, CCleaner is very good! Some time ago I found a little ini file which greatly expands the cleaning function. If I remember where I got it from, I post a link to the original author. Simply extract the attached zip to your CCleaner folder (where the exe is) and start the program.
I prefer, Auslogics BoostSpeed ...it's an all round solution... to clean JUNK ..clean registry errors...defrag HDD...tweak system...data wipe...etc.. so one doesn't need to have more than 1 app to get everything done
Just a quick note, you can remove all the junk files and that IS great, but if you are looking for a speed increase, it wont do much, if anything, unless they are causing errors. What I WOULD do is restrict programs from running at start up, a FREE AND SUPER SUPER simple program for that, link below, is a start up control panel written like 5+ years ago probably but it is perfect, installs a control panel into your control panels called 'Start up' that you can use to remove any unwated/unnecessary start up programs. Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel! It's AMAZING! I recommend it to EVERYONE because it's like 25k and does EXACTLY what you need hxxp://wxw.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml ^^^^ (I had to mess with the URL because I wasn't allowed to post a link since I am super newb user on the forums - Fix the X's) Gluck!
