What's the difference of these Win8 ISOs?

    Hello. ;)
    There are 2 versions of ISOs. One is called
    Code:
    en_windows_8.1_with_update_x86_dvd_4065105.iso
    and the other one is
    Code:
    en_windows_8.1_with_update_x86_dvd_6051550.iso
    My question is, how are they different?
    Also, what does "with update" mean?

    Thanks. So the most recent one and which I should use is en_windows_8.1_with_update_x86_dvd_6051550.iso?
    Any reason to use older ones?

    Yes; I don't find any reason to use the older one.
