When are the windows 8.1 preview ISOs show up?

    I know the EN-US ISOs have already been leaked... But i want the Portuguese (Brazil) x64 ISO file.

    They said the ISO files would be available tomorrow, june 27, but, at what time? Midnight?

    I have already upgraded through the Store, and i liked the Preview. So i want to do a clean install from USB drive, to start fresh.

    Oh yeah, almost forgot..
    Even if i do a clean install, will i be able to upgrade to the RTM?

    I missed this preview and I was in a little confusion that how to downgrade windows 8 to my PC which is currently having windows XP. Is it possible if so, Is there any problems for the warranty? Please produce some attachments regarding my request. Thanks in advance.
