Ahh, ok it has the uup_download_windows.cmd inside the zip file, so this will download the Windows 10 pro ISO with the latest build and updates ?

Then I can use this ISO to reformat my P.C ? Am I right ?

    Thank you in advance

Yes, it will download the files and build an ISO with the latest updates. It's a bootable file so you can use the old way of burning it to a cd or throw it on a USB stick using an utility (ie., rufus, ventoy). You'll see more updates once Windows is installed (i.e., defender updates, etc.) however.

Not trying to be argumentative here, but why do folks still use rufus and similar tools? You can just dump the ISO (contents of it, not the actual, whole iso) onto the root of a usb drive and boot it these days. The only caveat I know of is if using legacy/mbr you have to set the USB partition to "ACTIVE" for it to be bootable? Seems much simpler and you can still use all that extra space to store files.

Rufus works with practically anything not just Windows. Rufus works not just with iso but also img and hybrid images.
Rufus reformats correctly practically any USB device even ones formatted/partitioned with "esoteric" schemes, that windows don't understand.
Rufus formats correctly even if you are in XP and you want to make a Vista-W11 stick
Rufus is easy to use, free, small, and fast (in many situations is way faster than copying a bunch of files, mostly noticeable on some non live Linux images)
    In short why not?

@Dude Guyman copy-paste-ing iso content onto a USB stick doesn't universally work on different machines. In some scenarios(and for me in particular) that's important.
