I have the installation media, where can I buy a genuine windows 7 pro key for the least possible price and be sure that it's genuine / not blacklisted or pirated key that they may misuse?

Lol, that sucks. I'd make sure they do not still take your money.

It is OEM:COA but can be used with retail.

    Code:
    Product Key : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-9H87K
    Profile : NT 6.1 SP1
    Validity : Valid
    Product ID : XXXXX-OEM-9313676-73241
    Advanced ID : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
    Activation ID : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
    Edition Type : Professional
    Description : Windows 7 Professional OEM:COA (HP)
    Edition ID : X15-37341
    Key Type : OEM:COA
    EULA : OEM
    Crypto ID : 186

Agreed. Have you seen their "about" section? It's a complete joke.

As for them not accepting PayPal, it's not that they don't accept it, it's probably because people have complained and PayPal have suspended their account. So now the only way to get a key, which they've probably also gave to someone else, is to hand over your card info

Many times I've had people tell me that they're only using the loader because the key that they'd bought got blocked by Microsoft. And Microsoft wanted them to pay full price for a new key rather than helping them out.

Just sent my driver to buy me a boxed Win 7 Pro for $120 USD from computer plaza here in Dubai.

that's my safest bet I guess I thought I could get away with a $25 USD key but that was too good to be true.

OEM:SLP has to be used on a computer with the SLIC 2.1 in the bios. OEM:COA can be activated on any computer.

    Sent your driver?

Yeah I seen that and disabled smilies for that. Anyways, do you agree that OEM:COA keys can be used on any machine with correctly installed OS?

It should be OEM:SLP & SLIC. OEM:DM is used for OA 3.0 which requires MSDM table.
