I need a browser that doesn't depend on settings from another browser to work. Because some seems to work with the IE settings for example.
What is the reason for this.
I have IE, Opera, Chrome and Firefox. Are for general use here.
I need to access a website in Germany that only works exclusively there. It looks like the access is blocked from other countries (Brazil). And I need this site to work and study.
I have no interest in using a VPN, because my navigation and accesses are transparent. In this case I will use a browser, where I put a Proxy (private and paid) with which I have access to this site.
Tried the Avant, but this by changing the proxy, doesn´t access anything because it seems to work based on IE, Chrome and Firefox. And if I add a proxy to one of the Browsers I use, my internet is super slow.
Can someone give me a solution?

Most of them use the proxy settings in "Control Panel\Network and Internet > Internet Options", the browsers share same proxy settings... and your internet is slow probably because the proxy is slow.
