I used to like Nero ........ a loooooooong time ago, before it became bloatware and a resource hog. I could probably handle running it now with all the extra ram and stuff on todays newer systems but they put so much crapola in it now that most people don't really need. I like to keep it simple and use ImgBurn, been using it for years and it has yet to let me down.
I am like Dark Knight started with Nero, then the bloatware used to bog my machine down and make the install unnecessarily long, still like the wave editor from Nero though, and I install ImgBurn for the times I want to use an optical drive, but optical drives are just a bit more useful than floppy drives. GO SKYNET
Personally I use Burnaware Free.. Does everything I need it to. I'm sure there are better around, so if anyone has any recommendations I'd be interested, as the only thing I don't like is the user interface.. I just find it bland and uninspiring. I used to use Nero, up to roughly version 9, but it got far too bloated for my liking. Don't know if the new versions have been slimmed down?
