There's a LOT of messy registries that occur from uninstalling software, deleting files, etc. Should I avoid cleaning them up too? I can isolate OS-based entries and not touch them...
I disable only these: IP Helper Windows Search Superfetch TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper Are any of them important?
Its NVidia drivers, specifically MFAA and/or DSR setting enabling that causes this problem. I replied more in the other thread. The conclusio of this thread is this: "NONE of the tweaks posted are dangerous, including the Registry Cleaner!". BAHAHA!
If you're running the latest drivers, enable MFAA in global 3D settings, and then check for Win 10 store updates
Sorry, I'm not messing with it, I know nothing about Video cards, and surely do not want to end up is his position, sorry.
Well that's where the bug is, if you're running the latest drivers, you have the bug, just haven't triggered it yet Could be other things that trigger it too, NVIDIA themselves couldn't replicate it for a while
But do you have MFAA or DSR enabled? If they are not enabled, or at least one of them isn't (not sure which one), then Task Scheduler works as it should. I just can't draw a connection between driver settings and Task Scheduler...
2x 980-Ti for me and 1x 680-SOC atm for my wife and no NVIDIA-Driver (v368.51) related issues in the last few builds, even without clean install's.
Like I said, it has nothing to do with tweaks... 1. Install OS 2. Install Updates 2. Install the latest drivers only for NVidia card 3. Enable DSR and MFAA 4. Enjoy "Bad Stub" errors OR 1. Install OS 2. Install Updates 3. Install all drivers 4. Install all software/Apps 5. Tweak the hell out of everything 6. NOT enable either MFAA or DSR 7. Enjoy a perfectly stable system How hard can it be to comprehend?
