Shall I install the 32 bit or the 64 bit version of Flash Player?

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit but I use Firefox which is 32 bit and I use the IETab Add-on so I will need to install both the IE based Flash and the Flash Plugin for other browsers but I am confused which version to install?

    I have a 64 bit OS but running a 32 bit browser

    Help me I'm small

Your browsers should select appropriate version.

I think the x64 pack also includes the x86 version. But the arch of the browser counts, an x86 browser can only run x86 plugins and visa versa
