Which version of Visual Studio would you recommend to install for a laptop from 2013

    For a lightweight version of Windows, we use LTSC.
    What is the equivalent version of Visual Studio?
    I mean, the version that includes almost all required components to develop what you want without being bloated.
    I mean is it 2010, or 2013, or 2015 ...etc.
    Another example, I am still using Adobe CS6 versions, and it does almost everything.
