who know to change serial number or part number of v3000 motherboard in Hp dv2000?

    yes it can be, but you need the HP tools to tattoo your board. If they replaced your board with a dv3000 board then it is on them to retattoo your BIOS, I would go back and demand your money back or demand that they tattoo the board. If they did not do this then they are not an official HP repair shop and probably didn't use genuine HP OEM parts.
