Hello, new here, and looking for a Hotfix, specifically:KB2182466. I had a C Drive failure, and upgraded to an SSD in my HP Microserver. I did a fresh install, and have been plagued with small issues since.

One of the issues is a scheduled backup failure, which I am led to believe is related to this Hotfix. Unfortunately Microsoft no longer supports WHS, and does not offer the specific update that I need.
Some other online venues have offered up other KB updates, with success...but this specific fix is not anywhere to be found. Google searches have led me here a few times. I did find a vague reference in one of the W7 forum posts, but it was for some all in one package that was being offered.

I would appreciate any assistance, even if someone can point me in the right direction for the file download.

Yep...exactly the issue. I have found other repositories for the rebuild KB's...but this one eludes me.

Nope...combed through that one as well. Have tried most other manual repair/fixes that I could find. Thank you for digging and researching, though...

I know it's long in the tooth, and no longer supported...but it fits my needs, and up until now was pretty flawless. I did have an opportunity to clone the drive, but there were bad sectors, and I really didn't want to transfer any issues over to the new drive.

My server(s) are protected, and don't really go online...so I felt I could continue to run WHS. Wanted to jump to Server 2012 or 2016, but didn't want to pony up the extra cash.

Yeah, the hot fixes are gone. Most all WHS updates are gone.
WHS 2011 and 08R2 have a lot of similarities in code and many updates cross-polinate.

my WHS2011 is fully supported, thanks to "BypassESU v9" ; use Hotfixes for Server 2008 R2, not for Windows 7
and Standalone .NET 4 ESU Bypass v3
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-extended-security-updates-eligibility.80606/

    Install first:
    1_KB4474419: SHA-2 code signing support update (08-2019)
2_KB4580970: SSU Servicing stack update (10-2020)
3_KB4575903: ESU prep Update (for WU Update) (07-2020)
    4_KB4580345: Monthly Quality Rollup (10-2020)

then install "BypassESU" with LiveOS-Setup.cmd as admin

    Many thanks to @abbodi1406.

That link and updated KB share did the trick. I was able to set up the backup via the dashboard...although I can't get one to complete. (it is backing up to a VHD on another server, but it is not completing) I am, however ...one step closer.

I wonder why some one hasn't just put together a build which includes all the updates like we see with other versions of say Windows this would make it so much easier for people.
