Could anyone please share the ex490 recovery restore disk image I have been trying to find it for 3 weeks now. I have a drive that is either failing and or is corrupt in to OS partition and the data files in the other are 700 gigs of business files for my sign shop. If I lost these would be devastating. I hooked to lone drive to my windows 7 pc but some files I can copy and others look like shortcuts to the files. The only way I will be able to fix this problem is to take another drive make new partition with good windows state and then copy the old data partition to the newly formatted drive with new os. I really need that disk anyone that could help me would be greatly appreciated. I can prove I have the actual WHS unit and not trying to cheat the system or get something for illegal purposes.
Thanks for your help I found tons of places to download it but all links are dead after 20 pages in yahoo and 20 ish in google I got some what dis hardened. I placed a post on the forum you suggested I guess Ill wait and see.
Why do you want to install such outdated software? I have been running Homeserver 2011 on it for over 2 years and it runs like a charm. I read a couple of stories of people succesfully running server 2012 on it with no trouble at all.
