Hi, thanks for all the info posted here. After 2 weeks of reading My digital life forums, i'm not confident about flashing my compaq bios. In my country Microsoft doesn't sell OEM version of WHS, so i'm looking for a software solution thats gets me ride of the activation date. Thanks, Juan
OEM is the ONLY version of WHS (in any country) You do NOT even need to flash the BIOS, just use the DMI Tatoo disk for Hewlett-Packard entry sebus
You don't need to Flash your BIOS. In fact you don't even need to Tatto/Mod the DMI as Sebus suggested. At least one (but I think both) of the OEMBIOS sets for HP has a Compaq SLP in it So you only need to add those files to your image/install.
