why all microsoft's program can not access the internet but other can !

1. Windows Update -> Error Code 80072EFD
2. Internet Explorer -> can't access internet (message: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage)
3. MSN -> can't sign in


But other program can

1. Firefox -> Can access internet (no problem at all)
2. uTorrent -> no problem

After this problem I try to do the following but the problem is still persist
*uninstalled AVG Internet Security
*disable microsoft firewall
*disable windows defender

PS: I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate

What should I do ?

I found a problem already.

under the "Broadband Connection settings". -> Proxy server.
I don't know why it tick on -> "Use a proxy server for this connection (These setting will not apply to other connections).

Address: 127.0.0.1Port: 9666





Normally -> "Automatically detect settings"

I wonder which software OR virus has change it ?
