Why are bios mod files no longer available?

    I was going to update my bios for the Abit IP35Pro motherboard to the lastest (18) with 2.1 slic. Every link I have tried is dead. Takes me to a Chinese site ???.org. Did some googles and it appears as though the ICE has shut down the file servers for all the mods. Is this correct.
