Can anyone help me with this ? ASUS X79-Deluxe board, Intel i7, 16 GB Ram. UEFI system I had Vista and Windows 7 dual booting from separate hard drives. When Microsoft announced the free Win 10 upgrade I installed a legit copy of Windows 8.1 (remember 8.1 for less than $40 ? - would not have bought it otherwise) to another hard drive to qualify hoping Aero may be an option. After installing 8.1 Vista no longer runs - blue screens with STOP message. Windows 7 is fine as is Windows 8.1 ? Any Ideas ?
