Why does my SLIC status show "Invalidated" ?

    I flashed the BIOS of my HP Compaq 610 to F.20, but Windows 7 still shows as not activated.

    So I ran the SLIC Took Kit and it shows SLIC Status as Invalidated so that's probably why my Windows 7 installation is not activated. So what could be causing this?

    Please help!!

    how do you active your windows?and what is the environment when you looking for your SLIC status?
    if your pc has pre-installed windows 7,your BIOS will have SLIC2.1,and you can see slic anytime.
    if your windows 7 was activated by tools,then you can see your slic information in your windows7,but if you start with windows PE,you will find that your slic is invalid....
