Why doesn't LTSC get the May update?

    Am I going to have to go back to Pro for when Ryzen 3/Zen 2 drops? Wouldn't this benefit Windows servers running EPYC?

    The whole purpose of LTSC is the Long Term Servicing and not getting two feature updates per year.

    Servers wont be running ltsc, they will be running windows server.

    if ever ... go to normal Enterprise. That upgrade path is official.
