Will a Windows 8 oem key activate Windows 8.1 Pro VL

    Can anyone please tell me if a Windows 8 oem key activate Windows 8.1 Pro VL x64 edition?

    You can upgrade to Windows 8.1 Core with your Windows 8 OEM Key, Pro VL has nothing to do with what you have.
