Will SP1 of Win7 destroy Office 2010 acivated with Raž0r's O2ACK tools?

I use Win7 x64, which is activated by BIOS modding.

I'm going to install Office 2010 and will use Raž0r's O2ACK tools to activate it.

I am also going to install the SP1 of Win7 (a standalone installer).

I remember that last year I accidentally turned on "Windows Update" on another WinXP computer of mine, and in a few days the Office 2007 on that computer was consequently invalidated. (For the Office 2010 on that computer, a Product Key circulated on Internet had been used.)

So, what concerns me is:"Will the SP1 of Win7 destroy the Raž0r activation of Office 2010?"

Will it?
