I'm looking at the thread regarding the Dell E1505 bios mod, titled "DELL Inspiron 6400/E1505 -Bios help-". I'm unable to post a link to it since I'm newly registered here. I haven't run the mod yet. The system is a Dell E1505 and the BIOS version is A17, which matches the SLIC Tools readout screenshots posted in that thread. However, what's different is my SLIC Dump line reads "DELLM07_V2.0" instead of DELLM09 as in the screenshots there. Also the RSDT/PubKey/Marker fields read DELL M07 rather than 09. Does that mean I can't use this mod, or do those fields not matter? Will they be updated to 09 when I flash with the mod? Sorry if this is a noob question or if I'm violating any forum etiquette here. I'm new to the forum and to BIOS modding in general. Thanks in advance for any info.
