Will WMC come built in Windows Blue 8.1?

    Just wish to know from fellow forum members if Windows Media Center (WMC) would come built in Windows Blue 8.1 or we would have to download and activate it separately?

    If you are upgrading from Windows 8 WMC to 8.1 you will be upgraded with WMC in 8.1

    From what I've heard you lose it but can add it back.

    AFAIK you need to insert your Windows 8 WMC key to enable the feature, but I'm not sure.

    mine is upgraded via store to WMC too
