when I get to the login page to put in my pin it shows 2 accounts on the left. but I only have 1 account. how do I fix this.
A screenshot would've been nice. So let us start stabbing in the dark. Did you by chance enable the Administrator or Guest accounts? Do tell us what the other account is named please.
I haven`t really played to much with it because I don`t need to but it sounds like to me that you may have both your Administrator and your Local accounts both active. I`ve seen this before. Go into your Administrator Account then go into Control panel then user accounts and click on Manage another account and check it out to see if two accounts are active. If so you should be able to turn off the account you are not using.
