Win 10 - activation with OEM after installation

    HI,
    I have a question about the activation of win 10: Is it possible to activate win 10 pro with an win 10 OEM key after installation of win. Normally this isn't the case but maybe somebody found a workaround because reinstallation would take 2 days with my internet connection.

    it is with a genuine key for the edition being installed, say Pro key, edition installed Pro. To do that once OS installed, goto PC Setting, Update & Security, then Activation, click the change product key, enter your win 10 key and follow instructions on screen. :)

    Should be able to if OEM is a Pro key and not in use on another PC

    OEM systembuilder key: yes
    oem : dm key from another system: no

    You simply can establish a HWID for it and no keys needed at all ;):)
