To upgrade a PC with an unsupported Intel I3 CPU from W10 22h2 to W11 24H2, I only apllied as admin Code: Reg.exe add "HKLM\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup" /f /v "AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU" /t REG_DWORD /d "1" from line 497 of the upgrade kit and executed setup.exe on an unmodified ISO image.
The appraiseres dll file should not be needed when using the hwreqchk.dll file or else the hwreqchk.dll file would be pointless.
Could you show us the exactly original iso name that you are trying to fix and your pc hardware? if you want to install 24h2 in a very old hardware, it will not work with proccessors without sse 4.2 instructions
Get a fresh UNTOUCHED win11 24h2 iso, use the tool with recomended options and use the fixed iso to update your current 23h2 system. if it fails, use again the untouched iso to fix it with a different option of this tool and so on. Advice: do not use Rufus to burn in a usb the fixed iso as it has options to bypass win11 restrictions too and it could and will cause conflicts with the fixed iso created with this tool.
