Win 7 32 bit - green tick over notpad icon ??

    Most probablt it's ur antivirus mate.. green is good i think :D

    I agree. If I had to wager a guess:

    --Green probably means the file was scanned, and found to be Clean by your current Virus Definition(s) file (for your specific AV program)

    --Blue probably means it's queued for scanning, or in the process of being scanned.

    Beyond that I'd recommend looking in your Norton 360 User Manual and see if it references any such icon changes. A Google search may turn up results as well.

    I think that means it has backed up the file.... if it has blue arrow type things it means it selected that file to back up .... you can turn off these icons in the settings somewhere in Norton 360 back up settings which i assume you are using ;)

    Yup, it's norton 360. A friend of mine uses norton 360 premier and those icons are blue instead of green but nevermind...

    Norton 360 have scanned ur files and marked them as clean or safe.that's why green and a tick sign.

    I have personally used Norton 360 and I know those green marks mean that the file was successfully backed up with the auto backup program mate.
